"Helping patients in pain with spinal disorders can be challenging. When considering surgery I always utilize it as a last resort. I feel it's important for the patient to have a good understanding of their diagnosis and different options. If surgery is contemplated, a thoughtful approach is utilized and most often it can be done though a minimally invasive approach. Every patient is an individual and their needs are different. I feel it is important to get to know the patient and their needs to provide them with the best outcome from an operative or non-operative standpoint.""
