What People Say About Dr. Anne Pinto, MD

Doctor doesn't communicate effectively with her patients, doesn't explain why she refers them to specialist. Office staff is incapable of processing insurance accurately so you might get a staggering bill. They don't return calls in a timely manner especially if it borders on emergent.

Excellent physician! Compassionate, thorough, caring, going above and beyond! I am a medical doctor and Dr. Pinto recently provided excellent care for my mom. Dr. Pinto helped my mother navigate through a complex array of evaluations. My mother truly appreciated the fact that Dr. Pinto promptly communicated the test results from the workup and remained available for follow-up questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Pinto to friends, family and everyone that needs a comprehensive evaluation by a compassionate and caring physician.

Only refers to specialists at Norwood Hospital and BMC. Will refuse all second opinion requests at any other hospitals.

Seems to have gone to a top school, which was the reason I scheduled visits with her. Do not have any health issues, but the direction from your PCP is essential to be healthy in your life ahead. I hardly get useful information, and leave after the appointment with more questions than answers. Terrible follow up with physical labs. Skips some tests during physical exam. Would not recommend.
