I like Dr. Overstreet, but I am surprised and not happy that after going in for an appointment and being referred for tests, I have to pay for a telephone appointment to talk to her about my results.

I am greatly disappointed in the lack of care and concern for my son. The initial appointment was too short for a first time appointment. I left with more questions then I arrived and a $600 bill. A follow up appointment takes several weeks to get a spot although my son developed more complications after the appointment. I am headed to Johns Hopkins. This is an ENT factory - in and out, please pay.

Dr Overstreet is thorough and incredibly accommodating. She is quick to return messages and tries her best to fit us in if her schedule is jammed. My daughter and I both see her, had procedures with her and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcomes and our continued care. She is wonderful!

First medical office I've ever been to where I didn't have to wait at all. Even better, the doctor explained what she was doing, what she found, what all my options were and the upsides and downsides of each, and she noted how I could make a follow-up appointment work with my schedule. She came recommended by my dentist and a family member, and I can see why.

She cannot admit when she is uneducated on a subject so I would never recommend her or trust her with my care. Frankly I'm glad she liked to me and told me my son didn't have a tongue tie because she is incompetent, so I would not want her touching my child. Her inability to say, "I'm not educated on tongue ties, let me refer you to someone else," caused my son a delay in appropriate care. The first 18 months of his life were extremely difficult for no reason but her!

I have never dealt with a medical group as unprofessional and lacking compassion and basic communication as Dr. Overstreet. If you don't care about being herded about, then this place is fine. I don't typically write reviews, but felt compelled to after my experience there.
