So far my parents, new patients of Dr. T, have had 3 appointments. Each time I attended with them to help them navigate and to be the listener. Dr. Troncales was respectful and helpful, focusing or rephrasing her questions as needed first to my parents and then to me for clarification. She had a good mix of serious and joking to get to know them and their individual situations and needs. If I was to give any advice, it would be to talk more slowly. Between old ears, the mask, and the fast talking, it was hard for my parents to grasp everything she said.

Dr. Troncales is a very caring and professional physician..... I am so pleased to have her as my doctor..... When it looked like I was having mini strokes, she called me at home on a Saturday evening to see how I was... and if I was able to start the medication she had prescribed.... She is the BEST, pleasant and very professional..... Thank you for your caring words and excellent advice when my husband died this past September... Judy Eckhardt, Federal Way

I’d have to agree with the other 1 star ratings. She gets visibly frustrated and dismissive with patient concerns and will cut you off as you are trying to talk and gets argumentative and will argue. Unprofessional and immature attitude.

I don't like going to the doctor and usually wait until the last minute. It is important that a doctor listen to me. There are many times I can be a challenge because I was a MA & LPN for over 25 years and have seen a lot. She listens, even if she doesn't agree she hears you out. This is very important to me. I appreciate her. She does run late, but that is because she takes time with you. If it's an issue make an appointment at the beginning of the day!!!

Thorough doctor but most unpleasant dr. visit ever. Saw her for a surgery clearance. Her office didn't get her required paperwork and she wasn't going to see me. She made it known she wasn't happy. Although she said it wasn't my fault, she acted like it was. She rudely told me to get off my phone when I was calling to get the paperwork that her office neglected to get. She made a fuss about having other time commitments after I waited an hour to see her. She begrudgingly saw me, awkward visit
