My mother and I both see Dr Lee. My mother is 84 with a lot of issues and Dr Lee is gentle and kind. She is extremely thorough and outs us in right away if needed. She actually listens which is difficult to find in physicians now a days and she is very careful when dispensing medication. I know we are getting the best care possible and we will continue to be her patients for as long as she continues to be here. If she were to go to a different hospital we would follow her.

Very courteous, personable, prompt, and knowledgeable care.

Moved to Dallas area from Upstate NY a year ago. After having the same physicians for 25 years, was a little nervous about finding a primary physician in Dallas. Dr Lee was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy with my visits with her. We started from the beginning with my past medical history and my present health. I am 68 years old and needed a physian who listens and has time for me. I am so happy with her skill level and concern about my health and works with me.

I'm so last minute. And it's so rare to find a doctor who takes the time to listen. I know I'm being heard and that's really important. After all, I have spent time in this body!

Dr Lee has been a provider for my family for three years now and I can confidently say she has a professional balance that is excellent, she is knowledgeable, first, a great listener, available, kind and very accessible.

Very easy to speak to with regard to health issues. Open to discussing care and medication options.

After 40 years with my MD, who does not accept my ObamaCare insurance, I changed to Dr. Lee as my PCP. My first appointment - an annual physical - was this morning. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Lee and the entire staff, personally and professionally. Within 4 hours, I had a referral to a needed specialist - and an appointment set up - and my prescriptions had been faxed for refill. If you need a new PCP, please consider Dr. Lee. She also accepts Medicare if you have seen her before.

Always helpful and patient
in Garland, TX |
I have been a patient of Dr. Lee's for several years now and she is outstanding. My fiance has even chosen her as his PCP. The other reviews on here are mostly unrelated to her ability and professionalism as a Internist, (i.e. someone's insurance plan changes and she is no longer in net.) She always sees me when I need her, listens to me entirely, never rushes me out of the room and is quick to help me find a solution for my current ailment. Dr. Lee is kind, professional, caring, and thorough.
Thank you for the positive feedback! We appreciate the kind words.
Dallas, TX |
Where do I begin? Dr. Lee misprescribed a medicine for my husband and then refused to answer the reason why. We were out of town 18 hours away and she refused to give us a referral for a Lyme Disease test as we had been bitten by several ticks. She wanted us to come all the way back to Texas for an office visit. Revenue generation?? Not doing what is best for her patients. She messed up a referral twice to a specialist and took numerous calls and a great deal of time getting it resolved.
Dallas, TX |
I really like Doctor Lee, she's personable, friendly, listens to what I say and is genuinely interested in fixing the issue. It's the office staff that's challenging. They aren't very communicative and treat you as if you're stupid when you do ask procedural questions. I've released myself on both visits now because after Dr. Lee leaves the exam room I'm left just waiting, wondering what's next. No one's ever come to pick me up and explain next steps or tell me it's ok to go.
