Dr. Hayden is a great primary care physician. I posted a positive review of Dr. Hayden on this site which was posted. Now I looked and saw SOMEONE ELSE'S less than great review posted in my name. This is unfortunate and quite incorrect. Dr. Hayden is very experienced and very knowledgeable. Dr. Hayden is a great physician period.

This is unacceptable, I haven't even met the doctor yet and already its unorganized and the front desk agent that assisted me (Island Accent)she was sweet but is as clueless as ever. I've recently moved to Ft. Laud. from Miami and had to change my PCP to Dr. Anna Hayden. When I booked my appointment I was told that they are not excepting new patients and gave me a much extended appointment date that was 3 weeks outs. The day before my appointment 6/1/20 the same women with the accent decided to call me to notify me that Dr. Hayden will not be coming into the office! I questioned, Why Not? She simply responded that she DOES NOT KNOW WHY the Doctor wont be in but my appointment will be Canceled. Instead of offering me a closer date to my canceled date she decided to give me a another 3 week postponed I am expecting my first child, I don't have time to be bounced back in forth to wait and wait on an Appointment. Unprofessional, Unacceptable and will not refer this location to anyone.

Dr Hayden is a very likable person but I have had several issues over the past few years with her as my primary physician. 1) It is not unusual to wait 60-90 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. 2) She wants you to see her every 3 months even if you have zero medical problems. 3) She is the only physician at this location that requires an exam with her prior to every referral even if you just saw her a month ago.

I booked my first visit and showed up for the appt of which I have waited over 120 min (YES 2hr). I said that I will give her the benefit of the doubt due to the fact that my appt was the first appt after lunch. The second appointm I waited 90 min after which I walked out. Most folks in the waiting area were complaining about over 2 hr waits...SAD to see the disregards of someone's time!!! Save yourself the time and read other sites reviews before selecting this doc.

Horrible. Dr. Hayden did not speak confidently about my medical conditions, I had to wait OVER 2 HOURS to see her, and the clinic that she works out of is dirty and the waiting room smells like a zoo.

During the past six months I have had the pleasure of accompanying my friend to her appointments with Dr. Hayden. Also, during that time, I have had many phone calls regarding appointments and referrals with Dr. Hayden's staff. Without exception, the experience of working with Dr. Hayden and her staff has been wonderful. Dr. Hayden and her team are professionals who go the extra mile to ensure excellent patient care and I would recommend Dr. Hayden to anyone seeking outstanding treatment.
