She is the most caring physician I have ever seen. She is professional, attentive, and continues to explore new ways that can alleviate severe headaches. Her staff is amazing - especially Sheri and Danille. I no longer use my primary care doctor. I have her controlling everything I take, and every doctor I see. I would recommend her especially if you suffer from chronic headaches.

She is such a caring and sweet doctor. She LISTENS and if she cant help, she makes sure to send you in the right way. In my opinion she saved my sisters life, where 2 doctors missed a blood clot she sent her to someone who found it

A year ago I would've given 5 stars. Now, she doesn't return calls, involves office staff in confidential matters and has them delivering her messages. Although the office staff is pleasant, particularly Sheri, there are things I feel are personal, particularly pain medications etc. I am severely depressed and are few doctors in this world I trust, she used to be one of them. Patient care is on the bottom of her list and I feel totally abandoned.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Mascellino! During my time as her patient, she was always very caring and dedicated to helping me find the best treatment options. She was conscious of the financial burdens of chronic health problems and would offer medication samples whenever possible. She remembered details about my personal life and made me feel that she cared about me as a person, not just a patient. The staff was helpful and I rarely had to wait to be seen.

Dr. M is very kind and compassionate. She spends as much time as is needed, I have never felt rushed or dismissed. When no other doctor listened to me she stuck with me until a diagnosis was made. The only downside of of her awesomeness is waiting for an appointment if you have to reschedule. On the other hand there is never a wait for lousy restaurants or lousy doctors, but i don't want to frequent either.

Never returns your phone calls and speaks directly to you, always have her phone people call you back .Not a good side bed manner in my book! Put my mom on a new medicine which she had bad relation to and still couldn't get on the phone!
