The doctor is wonderful. Her staff, unfortunately, is not. Appointments were for my 10 year old son so we were missing school and work. It was an all day event every time we had an appointment as we never waited less than an hour and on 2 occasions waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. If we dared to ask about delays the receptionist became confrontational and would only say "you're welcome to reschedule". Why? To wait 2 more hours? Add in an incompetent billing office and it's not worth it.

    Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
