I have had only one actual visit with the doctor. There have been several appointments made on my behalf. None of these appointments were set up with my input. The only notification I received was the 24 hour reminder that I had an appointment the next day. I could have been available for these appointments had I been given more notice than mere hours. Or if the scheduling was done with my input, I could have made sure the time chosen was a time I was available.

I take my grandmother to see .Dr. Mehta twice a year. She looks forward to seeing him each time and leaves there in a better mood, as she is moved by genuine care and compassion for her. I only wish that there were more doctors such bedside manner.
