Dr. Anju Sood is the absolute worst doctor I have EVER experienced. Her office is also incredibly uncaring & unhelpful. I would like to warn anyone who is considering a new physician to avoid her and this office at all costs. One month, I called the day before my prescription ran out and she took an entire week to call it in and I was told to “be more responsible and call it in earlier.” When I called for my refill in early July, I was told she was out of town and unreachable so her next available appointment would be 8/5…which would leave me without my daily medication for 3 weeks. She left the country without any backup plan for her patients which is completely negligent. When I asked the office what I was supposed to do, they rudely told me “well idk what to tell you.” One appointment, when I let her know that my insurance was changing she said word for word, “I don’t care about insurance, talk to the office.” This woman is completely irresponsible, careless & unconcerned. Avoid!

Appointment went well. Dr Sood was timely and explained everything. My only issue is it's hard to get an appointment the same week if you need to see her right away. Same thing happened last year trying to get an appointment. Best bet is to do it on line.

She is absolutely terrible. She looks at patients as just a dollar sign. She doesn't listen or care about your concerns. She's insensitive. Impatient. I could go on about how unprofessional and unfriendly she is all day. She makes me sick to my stomach. Her attitude disgusts me.

First visit to office and very impressed. Office was clean, enjoyed listing to the music before being called into office. I hate doctor's offices that have video's showing medication and all the side effects. I know advertisements are how they receive funding, but that kind of stuff just makes an anxious person pressure go up. Doctor does not look like this photo and has a excellent manner of speaking to patients. Very detail oriented on taking next steps in treatments. I hop

This was my first time in this office, and it was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was fantastic. I came in for pre op clearance, and Dr. Sood made me want to see her again for my annual. She is very caring, and even though I was only there for testing, she took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions.

Dr Sood is nice and warm when you do get to actually see her. The wait is long once you arrive for your appointment. She gave me a scripp for tests 2 weeks ago but has yet to provide the clinical reasons to the insurance company to approve the tests. I am still waiting to be approved to have the "necessary" tests done. I have called the office three times and also sent an email and am yet to get a response. I don't recommend her due to the lack of follow-up and concern.

Dr. Sood does not listen to your concerns. She treats her patients very disrespectful. When trying to address your concern with her, she half way listens, doesn't answer questions and she rushes you out the room.. You will be treated like a check mark and she moves on. I will NEVER go back to her again.

Hello all, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR, I BEG YOU - I feel insulted & disrespected with the attitude and care I received from everyone I came into contact with - almost unbelievable. And then they send me a letter accusing my beloved son and caretaker that took me in (who is writing this now as I'm in the hospital & very I'll - 83 year old heart attack last year). We were told we were "a priority case" & had to wait 1 1/2 hrs 2 b seen then told 3 hours for an Xray?. I was so cold & upset we left.

My experience with Dr. Sood and her staff was terrible. She is impatient and condescending when you ask her a question; she is rude and generally ineffective and unpleasant. Diagnoses are all over the place, not reliable at all. Rushed us out during appt. It is very difficult to reach anyone at the office by phone. The staff seem confused and are unhelpful. Especially if you are elderly and need things explained to you...if it matters to have a caring doctor, DON'T GO TO DR. SOOD.

She's usually ok but for the past month everything about the office has been horrible. I had to do a mammogram and I had to call 2 to 3 times per day for 2 weeks to get a prescription for a follow up appointment. I finally got the prescription after 2 weeks then I need to do a biopsy and I have been waiting on the script since March 24 to no avail. The radiologist has been trying to get the script along with myself and we have just been getting the run around! I don't feel that they care!
