I saw Dr.Heart late Friday afternoon as a substitute for my PCP, who left for the afternoon. Dr Heart and her Med Assist L’ea, were very thorough and accepting me as a patient. Dr Heart administered the proper test to determine my diagnosis. She ordered the necessary medications and I am beginning to feel better, rather than having to wait until after the weekend to see my PCP.

My doctor from same office left so made appt with Dr heart. Without even meeting me because appt was 3 months out would not refill medication I have been on for years at first and then after many phone calls refilled for only a month instead of my usual 3 and said I would have to find another provider. Sorry but this was so unacceptable. Now I have to find another doctor get appt and meds refilled before this month is over. All that while dealing with autism,anxiety and depression and fibromyal

I took my mother to see her - this was after the first time. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. Seems like she really cares and is patient to answer all questions.

Dr. Heart won't see anyother dr's patients when they're out because she doesn't want to ruffle the feathers of her colleagues. But whst about us patients who need to be seen asap? Very unreliable dr.

I had to make appointment to get refill of my diabetic medication. She would not refill unless she saw my lab results from kidney doctor. Kidney doctors's office has try to fax her office for days.. I hand delivered a copy to her office. My cardiologist received his copy. Why didn't Dr. Heart receive hers. My kidney doctor refilled my medication. Why did I waste my time with Dr. Heart Dr. Wall RIP, God bless him.
