Dr. Gonda was my primary physician since I moved to Arizona in 2008 and I was very pleased with his service but with the new ownership I have my doubts. I had scheduled my appointment for my semi-annual examination in December 2019 for June of 2020 and the day before my appointment, I called and discovered that the doctor who is now assigned to me, no longer accepts my health coverage. I have since secured another appointment with another health provider but am very upset that the new owners of this practice lack the courtesy to notify me in advance that I needed to find another physician. The new practice in my opinion "lacks professionalism"!

As of August, 2019, my practice was sold and was employed by the new owners until I officially retired March 31, 2020. From August 2019 I have no control with daily operations and billing of the office. I stayed only to help the transition to loyal patients. For all the patients that was dissatisfied with service, I truly apologize. For all my loyal patients I thank you for your understanding and support. I did solo practice for 30 years and survived so probably I did serve the community well.

Just moved from Florida to Casa Grande AZ only to have the worst medical experience in my life. And I am a retired military pilot who has navigated the VA system. First, it was a two hour wait, second and as a primary care provider, he refers me to the specialists I require and this took an additional 5-7 calls to his office to complete. Third, it's been four months since the appt. and they still haven't call in my blood pressure medication. Terrible terrible experience!!!

Recommend that he fire his obnoxious receptionist. Her attitude has been uniformly negative or neutral on four visits. She is rude. Gonda defended her behavior. Dr. Gonda and I parted company by mutual agreement. No more!

Dr Gonda is an excellent doctor with great bedside manner. As a physician myself I can be overly critical and picky at times. Despite this personality trait over the years I have found Dr. G to be an excellent family practitioner. His treatment and diagnostic skills have helped me overcome my own health issues

After relocating to Casa Grande I was looking for a PCP. Called Dr Gondo's office twice only to be put on hold twice. Never did get to make an appointment. If this office is a reflection of the type of service they offer, you would do well to look elsewhere for professional healthcare providers.

Dr Gonda was recommended to me. I called for a follow up for pneumonia. I waited on hold for 12 minutes and thought they forgot about me. I called back ans was put on hold for 16 minutes-these were just to make an appointment. I got in for an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. My appointment was at 1:00. They are closed for lunch from 12-1. I saw 4 of us lined up for 1:00 appointments. Felt like a herd of cattle. Dr was knowledgeable but only spent 10 minutes with me.
