My visit to Dr. Wong was terrible -- it was on Tuesday 2/19/ 2020--I went to see him because my hands ached so much and were extremely stiff, I could hardly hold a pen or pencil and to pick up something was very difficult and he kept calling me a LIAR over and over again as he squeezed my hand trying to make a fist, which was bringing tears to my eyes, so he could prove he was right and their was nothing wrong with my hands and the whole time he was smirking at his nurse as if to say "see I was right" --- even his nurse had an attitude problem. I will never use Dr. Wong again and I definitely not recommend him to anyone else.

Dr.Wong was horrible. He was rude , condescending, and dismissive. Dismissed my concerns about my continuous pain. Released me to full duty despite not having full function. He stated "you can do this and that because its been long time since your injury. There is nothing I can do. You can go back to work" He did not once examine my hand

I wish I could keep the one star however the system won't let me. I'm very displeased at this Dr. because he caused a major situation for my wife and I with his dianosis. Also he's violated the hippocratic oath he may need a reminder of what it stands for. Arrowhead Orthopedics may want to consider removing thios Dr. from it's network before it's slapped with a malpractice or malficence suit. He gave my wife a rash on her arm and dismissed her.

Dr. Wong is an excellent surgeon. I was in such pain with an extensive tear to my rotator cuff. The surgery was a complete success due to the skills of Dr. Wong. I have full mobility and most importantly, no pain. He is diligent and compassionate in his care. I cannot rate him high enough! Thank you Dr. Wong -

I felt for meeting a new patient for the first time, he was NOT welcoming at all. I initiated the greeting with a handshake. My prognosis is poor.

I explained Dr. Matiko did surgery on my RT shoulder about a year and a half ago and did a great job. However, I was in severe pain when I made movement using my right shoulder. He told me "it is probably scar tissue" "oh well you must have done something to it at work." Which was not the case. It appears he does not listen or care to. Clearly uninterested I could go on and on as there are many more comments he made. Not enough space to write. Bottom line this guy is totally unprofessional.

Dr. Wong reported test/examination he never performed on me. His assistant documented measurements performed on little piece of paper instead on my chart. Minimum examination. No effort to find underlying condition. Arrogant. I would not recommend Dr. Wong.

I have nothing but great respect for Dr. Wong. He will answer and all of your questions and is very honest. I have been recommending him to everyone I know. However, the front staff is the worst front staff I have ever dealt with. There has been a few times where I wanted to stop coming to this location because of front staff. They lack compassion and the understanding what the word patient care means. If they don't care about the patients then they are in the wrong field.

Dr. Wong performed an ORIF on my very damaged elbow in January 2016. Dr. Wong is an outstanding physician and surgeon. He did an awesome job and was very professional, explained everything and was so nice and respectful to us. In my opinion he is one of the best and I wouldn't hesitate one minute to be under his care and will always recommend him to others.

I never felt as if Dr. Wong listened to what I tried to explain to him. He listened and seemed like he never heard me. He was arrogant and very condescending. When I asked questions, he rolled his eyes at me and glared without responding. I will never go back to this doctor. Why should I pay him to be condescending to me? When I did go into surgery, I felt like cattle being herded in and out. Wasn't a great experience with him.

The phone system is a nightmare, if you don't get a person on the phone you will not be given a call back if you leave a message. If you get someone and they say they will call you back, I can assure you they won't. If you end up having to go to the office in person to try to get ahold of anyone, all the people who can help you will be suddenly unavailable. This becomes a huge issue if you have any complications after a surgery performed by one of these doctors. You will be on your own.
