Dr. Sattel removed my trapezium bone (basal joint surgery - CMC) and performed ligament reconstruction surgery. He popped the bone out in one piece and my wrist was put in a removable cast right away. As a result, I've had a speedy recovery. Don't bother watching the youtube videos on this surgery. Dr. Sattel's is a skilled surgeon and exceeded my expectations. I went from constant pain to no pain in 8 weeks, with full use of my hand and wrist. In addition, Lisa the occupational therapist at the Delran office did an amazing job in providing me with the best exercises to rehabilitate my wrist after surgery.

I had significant carpal tunnel problems with my right hand. Because of how advanced it was, Dr. Satell explained it would take some time to show improvement and that some symptoms may remain. He was thorough, easy to talk to, and has a very calming demeanor. I’m happy to say that I have no more pain Nor any residual symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Satell!

I almost lost my finger in a kitchen related accident. Dr. Sattel not only repaired my finger to full function, but he and his staff did an amazing job with post-operative appointments and rehabilitative services. He and his staff were courteous, timely, and effective. I highly recommend Dr. Sattel.

Dr. Sattel removed a bone below my left thumb and released my left ring trigger finger 6 weeks ago. My pain is minimal and my scars are so slight I can hardly see them. He did a tremendous job & has guided my Physical Therapy throughout. I was very pleased with the whole experience & would definitely recommend Dr. Sattel to anyone who is experiencing any abnormal issues with their hand(s). Thank you for the opportunity to sing Dr. Sattel' s praises!

I broke my left little finger and right wrist (the ends of both the radius and ulna) in an accident. Dr. Sattel needed to pin my finger and implant a titanium plate to repair my wrist. He did an excellent with the surgery. I was grateful to avoid casts and start therapy just days after surgery. I only missed a few days of work (I'm a software developer). During my recuperation the hand therapy staff helped me regain function (say 90%) in about 10 weeks. I expect a full recovery.

Dr. Sattel treated my advanced arthritic condition competently and professionally. He encouraged me to proceed with a procedure which would provide relief from pain and increase movement. My surgical experience was outstanding. Post operatively, I did not experience pain and was able to comply with the goals set for rehabilitation therapy. I found the therapy staff very kind and competent.

Dr. Sattel is one of those special doctors that gives his time to listen, as well as inform and teach on the proper ways to recover and mend. Dr. Sattel has operated on both of my hands within the last 7-8 months and he's very clear about what to expect for a procedure. His staff in the office are all professional, pleasant and courteous as are his staff in the surgical center. Most importantly, his staff from both places all respect and admire him, as i do.
