Robbie was the sweetest and most caring staff I have ever encountered in my several years of being a patient at Aspen Medical. She was so welcoming not only with me but also with everyone else that walked in. I will be going back and reccomending my entire family and anyone who will listen because of Mrs. Robbie. Thank you Robbie for your hospitality during my emergency visit.

Good clinic. Went in with sudden 102 fever, and a cough starting. I tested negative for flu and am awaiting results of the Covid 19 test swab. (5 day wait for me versus 1 day for Prez.) I thought medical staff was careful in handling me and good in explaining need to quarantine self. BTW the waiting room was empty so I think people are realizing how contagious it is to mix during this coronavirus pandemic.

Always a great experience at Aspen , whether for a scheduled appt. or an urgent care visit. They have in house TriCore blood work access, and now a Dermoscopy clinic on site also. The staff is friendly and efficient and Dr.Ropp treats his patients with a caring and concerned attitude. I would definitely reccommend this health care office as a primary caregiver.

I am always treated with kindness and professionalism the moment I walk in the door. Both Primary Care and Urgent care are great here. My PCP is Dr. Cindy Matsushita. She takes her time in listening to me, is very caring, knowledgeable and is an exceptional Doctor. I get personalized care every time I see her, around all my health needs. For Urgent care I have seen Patsy Verzino who is also very helpful and shows she cares at the moment when needed too. For Urgent care, the online scheduling is easy and helpful to make the wait time much shorter. It is worth coming here from anywhere in Santa Fe and surrounding areas. Thank you to everyone here at Aspen Medical Center!!
