Extremely disappointed in my visit. I have been battling depression for a while and really wanted to talk to someone that would listen. Had an appointment with Andrew Reichert which I waited and waited for almost an hour past my scheduled appointment. I really do not think he listened to me as he only offered me different drugs to try. As far as a next appointment he said it was up to me and he actually was trying to push me off on someone else in the group. To top matters off I received a $160

Dr. Reichert is a very nice man. But he's not a good doctor. He misdiagnosed me without ever asking my history or anything about my life. He tried me on 17 meds over a 3 year period. Then he decided ECT would help me even though it was not approved for my diagnosis. He allowed me to go through 30 ECT treatments in a year and 1/2 period. Use caution.

30 minute to 60 minute wait times are the norm to see Dr. Reichert. Once in the office with him, he is on the computer the entire time inputting his notes. No personal connection, just on a conveyor belt. The office staff is horrendus. The initial check-in and intake nurses are wonderful, but billing, appointments, etc... A horror show.
