Beware!!! Dr. Racette is the worst provider I have ever seen. He lacks bedside manner and left me with a horrendous scar after removing a small cyst (does not know how to place sutures). If you care about your skin do not see this doctor!

Andrew Racette put me at ease when recently I had to have what is called Mohs Surgery on my nose, after a cyst that was removed was found to be Basal Cell Carcinoma. I was concerned that the surgery would be disfiguring but Dr. Racette only removed a very small amount of tissue, which is healing nicely.

After researching local dermatologists, I’m so glad I chose Dr. Racette. Love that I could schedule an appointment online! Skin cancer runs in my family and not only did he answer all my questions, he was kind and compassionate. Could not recommend more!

Would not recommend this person( is he a doctor?) to MY WORST ENEMY. Horrible bedside manner, if I was able to see him for a minute it was with his back turned not hearing me. His NP was worse. Fakest demeanor and again didn’t hear a word I said. Do no go! So many other options!

I just had a punch biopsy performed by Dr. Racette and his assistant, Mike, about an hour ago. Dr. Racette is extremely professional and friendly; also, the procedure was relatively painless, and fast! Omni Dermatology's office is incredibly clean and the environment is very comfortable. Mike and the office staff were nothing but friendly as well. Highly recommended!

After seeing 3 other dermatologists, due to 18 months of my face having skin lesions, he was able to diagnose and treat the problem. He is overbooked, the waiting room is always full; he does not have time to sit and chat you up, he is there to clinically figure out what your issue is and get it taken care of, period. I wasn't looking for a new best friend, I wanted to be able to have my issue remedied. Very pleased so far with my results. He is very thorough.

An assistant in Dr. Racette's office made a serious error during a treatment injuring me and she refused to contact the doctor after I asked her to do so. I left 3 messages for the doctor over the following days that were not forwarded to him by other personnel in the office who tried to cover for the assistant who treated me and caused the injury. When Dr. Racette eventually learned what had happened, he apologized but took no action regarding the errors by his staff. I do not trust him.
