Waited 40 minutes after my appointment just to spend about 10 minutes with the doctor. Not polite at all. Told me to write down all my PT dates that were required because he apparently did not want to do the work himself. Submitted a lack of information to my insurance company so my MRI was denied. At the end of my appointment he refused pain medication and spinal epidural y the MRI was completed. I have tried to contact him several times over many months just to be put off.
