I made an appointment with ENT after reading the excellent reviews. After a thorough hearing test by Dr. Hanna and Nicole, who both did a great job, Dr. Mallon then explained the issues I was having with my hearing. I then met with Dr. Christiansen, who is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining how hearing aids work, and went over what options would be best for me. She really made it a great experience. Thank you so much.

After recently waking up with significant hearing loss, I made an appointment with ENT Associates. I am so thankful that Dr. Mallon happened to have availability. He was kind, comforting and listened to my concerns. He ordered appropriate testing and made a quick diagnosis. He gave me multiple treatment options and gave me the ability to make an informed decision. He was spot on and fortunately, due to his excellent treatment, I have regained my hearing. Coincidentally, I have encountered two other people who suffered from the same virus, treated elsewhere, experienced significant delays in diagnosis and are now suffering from permanent hearing loss and permanent nerve damage. I highly recommend this fantastic doctor and will forever be grateful for his care!

Dr Mallon has the personality of a wet dish rag. He was sullen and morose in my visit. I could not ask any questions, and he assumed a diagnosis with two minutes WITHOUT hearing me out. I told him I had an objection to a treatment; he did it anyway. He also ordered medication which I told him I COULD NOT USE, and now I'm out $60 for nothing. This was a huge disappointment considering previous reviews. I will not waste my time and money returning to him. he really needs to develop a likable personality

Re: an ongoing infection in my right sinus cavity. Dr. Mallon recommended surgery. After the surgery, the infection, though low-grade, remained. Dr. Mallon had me see another endodontist. It was discovered that my problems were all related to a "bad" root canal. I am so thankful to Dr. Mallon for not just sending me on my way, but to look deeper (2nd endodontist doctor), making sure I had no further problems in the future. He is a great doctor. Karen

I’ve been seeing Dr MALLON since I moved to Florida a year ago. I find him to be caring, kind and thorough. He recently fixed a hole in my right eardrum, myringoplasty. Had it done today so I’ll find out in a week if it was successful! There is no doubt in my mind it is!

Recently, Dr. Mallon performed a tympanoplasty eardrum repair on my left ear and he did an excellent job! My hearing is almost back to where it was before we discovered the hole in my ear drum. Dr. Mallon really listens and offered a less invasive form of the surgery than I was first offered from another ENT professional. I plan to go see him for any issues regarding the ear, nose and throat!

Dr. Mallon is truly amazing. I recommend him to anyone that needs to see an ENT; both adults and children. He truly cares about his patients and is extremely knowledgeable. He goes that extra mile to explain everything and follow up afterwards. My daughter had tubes placed by him and we wouldn’t see anyone else.

Dr. Mallon,E.N.T. Specialist is very unigue in his professional field. Dr. Mallon is extremely accurate in his diagnosis . After two and a half years of chronic sinus infection , blockage, medications and months of Sinus rinses . Nothing seemed to work. Dr.Mallon diagnose me the very first day I met him. After a CT scan , surgery is the only option. I was reluctant for months. I always felt very comfortable with Dr.Mallon. Very intelligent, friendly, thorough, patient ,listens, Great Dr.
