He has authored over 30 peer reviewed articles, numerous textbook chapters and presented over 300 times at national and international meetings. Topics have focused on sports injury repair and prevention, as well as cartilage transplantation and shoulder Dr Levy's current research and innovation in the United States has focused on subchondroplasty, a revolutionary technique that can be used to stabilize early arthritis and repair the subchondral bone in trauma. In Europe he is help pioneering techniques to use coral to treat osteochondral and cartilage injuries of and ankle. When it comes to children Dr Levy has a passion for helping adolescent athletes safely achieve their potential. In addition to bringing cutting edge surgical techniques to injury repair, he has been a strong voice for injury prevention and sports safety.
