Stay away at all costs!!! I went to Dr. Kim for a physical exam today because he is listed as one of the healthcare providers that my insurance accepts. The receptionists couldn’t find my insurance information online so I called my insurance company for help. Then Dr. Kim comes out to ask what’s going on and he goes on to tell me “There’s no point in figuring this insurance information out. Our relationship is already bad as you can see now so there’s no point of taking you as a patient.” Just for clarification, I was not arguing or anything and was just trying to clear things up with my insurance company so I could get my physical exam as planned. Dr. Kim was really unprofessional and accusatory and I honestly felt really emotionally abused and hurt during the duration of my visit. Someone please do something about him.

During the covid-19 epidemic we are facing, out government advised that the covid-19 test is free...Well, my son has coverage and not feeling well...called Dr. Kim and we scheduled an appointment. Dr. Kim turned my son away because his insurance was not active....He would not listen to reason we offered to pay $85.00 for a consultation and still treated us so unprofessionally that I could not help but to cry. My son walk out of the office. When I got home I had to call Dr. Kim again and let him know how unprofessional, unethical and disgusting his treatment was towards us. I wished him and his family well and all he had to say was thank you. I will never trust him again. I will never recommend him to anyone.

I went there for my physical examination as well. The waiting room was full of patients, yet he sits in his room playing with his phone, or comes up to the front desk grilling and scolding the receptionists unecessarily. Plus, my case also got delayed because of missing information on the form. When I went back to his office, he charged me another 230$ to redo the whole process for their mistake and threatened me to leave at one point because i was asking how long the wait will be. Don't go here

Dr. Kim has been my doctor, as well as my dad's doctor, for 23 years. He is an amazing doctor, kind and supportive. Listens and answers all my questions. Always there when I have a medical emergency. He is also always on point; I trust his medical diagnosis and decisions; I've never had a misdiagnosis and always provides me the right treatment. The office is clean and comfortable and the staff very kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Kim

Worst doctor in my life, stay away at all costs!!! I found this place on internet and went there for a physical examination for USCIS green card. A few days ago, the USCIS mailed us a letter, saying that the form I-693 that the doctor used was expired. Our green card case got delayed over a year. We went back to Kim's office to get help. They were just very rude and wanted to charge another $200 to do the same process again that we paid last year. Very unethical and unprofessional.
