Dr. Johnson joined Swedish Covenant Hospital in June, 2017. After completing residency and fellowship training at Rush University in 2014, he worked at a high-volume tertiary care center in Marietta, GA prior to his current position. He has subspecialty training in epilepsy surgery, neuro-oncology, and vascular neurosurgery, including a fellowship in endovascular neurosurgery. Prior to residency, he earned his doctorate of medicine from Columbia University in New York. He holds a master's degree in neuroscience and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University. In his free time, Dr. Johnson enjoys skiing, college football, and spending time with his family.
