Dr. Hurwitz is an excellent doctor, a true doctor who saves lives. He saved my mother's life, performing a bypass surgery. We are very thankful to him and to all his crew.

My angiogram showed blockage so severe that my cardiologist called Dr. Hurwitz, who came to my recovery room that afternoon. Lakeside Med Group took three months to process all the authorizations. When I finally saw Dr. Hurwitz in his office, he reassured me that everything would be OK. After all, he will be cutting you open. His team saw to me and I will see him for the final follow-up. Triple bypass surgery went so well I was out of bed that night (late).

      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
