Dr QUACK as we call him. This office CANNOT get prescriptions right at all! Never call back or even answer their phones. Say they will call the hospital to set up an appointment but never do. They mess everything up. When you do get to the hospital they called the orders wrong. I’m writing this for my elderly mom and her friends. This place is messing with ppls lives. Shame on you! The nurse practitioner has no clue what she’s doing. She’ll call in wrong prescriptions, give the wrong dosage, push pills. It’s wasting money. Please stay away from this place if you care about your life.

NO! Can never get through. If you do they say they will call you back and DON’T. I’ve left messages after messages and cannot get a return call. The worst! Clearly no concern for patient care. I was in once before for a well visit and all the patients in the waiting room complained about the staff and issues getting into the office for an appointment. Tried to get my lab results after that to no avail. This office is ridiculous. I’m changing providers! Not even worth one star! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Dr. Herman referred me to a urologist for elevated PSA, so my prostate cancer was caught early enough to be treatable. Office staff also assisted me in lining up pre-op testing with a cardiologist. Always easy to work with, schedule appointments, etc. If you're looking for a PCP in Canton, Dr. Herman is well worth your consideration.

Dr. Hermann was the only doctor that paid attention to a pain in the right side of my abdomen. Long story short,
it was discovered I had 2 rare forms of ovarian cancer. Because of his immediate concern, the cancers were discovered while still stage 1 & my prognosis is I'm probably cured. It's not an exaggeration to say he probably saved my life. He listens & he's thorough. He has completely replaced the previous doctor's staff & each one I've dealt with has been kind, courteous & professional. I highly recommend Dr. Hermann.

He is compassionate yet straight forward and honest. He goes out of his way to make sure you have the best treatment and specialist needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Herman to anyone. He has really helped me to get through a difficult time with my father, and kept me well informed of all aspects of hi care. Thank you Dr. Herman.

Dr Herman is a kind compassionate, kind and most of all knowledgeable physician. He has always had my best interests at heart, from a recently broken neck/back to simple WellCare visits. He always follows up if there is a problem to make sure you have treated properly. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My calls are always answered and my appointments are always honored as scheduled with little or no wait. I find Dr. Herman and the entire staff to be friendly and professional. He always takes whatever time is needed to discuss any questions or concerns I have regarding my medications. Thank you Dr. Herman and staff!

In my opinion.... quick to prescribe rather than first suggest and try lifestyle and dietary modifications as a safe natural alternative to prescription drugs with risk factors of their own. A very different approach to medicine from that of Dr. Penvose....IMHO. Dr. Penvose is difficult if not impossible to replace as a family doctor for those of us that knew him for any length of time.

I have found Dr Herman to be the most kind and truly caring Family Physician I have had treating me in my life time (75 years old).
I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for such a Doctor that really cares for his patience.

I recently visited Dr. Herman without an appointment. Although he had a full schedule of patients waiting to see him, he decided to take time out away from his only time he had available (which was during his lunch) to see me. He was not only thorough to diagnose my symptoms and give me the proper treatment. He also had his staff follow up
