I got booted from his practice for missing too many appointments. In my defense, they don’t send reminders. But I’m an adult, it’s my responsibility. He’s an excellent doctor, and a great guy. Patrick McLaughlin

I WAS a patient for over 15 years. I called to make an appointment only to be told I was no longer a patient. The office clerk rattled off a list off doctors in the practice I could schedule an appointment with. Since I didn't know anything about them I wanted to do some research. When I called back I was told I could't see either of 2 I had selected even though the were both seeing new patients. Dr. H. was just OK, when you saw him, but the office staff lacks courteousness and professionalism.

We were with Dr. Harbison for about 15 years, and I didn't want to write this. I thought that we had a relationship. Recently, I went thru a painful divorce, where my ex broke our wedding vows. Then, I had a heart attack. It looks like I may have cancer now, as well. I missed an appt., because I was ill, and fell asleep, forgetting to call in to cancel. I got a cold letter, that I'm kicked out of the practice. I called the dr., and he ignored me. Real bad taste, very disappointed

Dr Harrison is good when you can see him but most of the time you see assistants unless you can wait to schedule months in advance. I was a patient for ten years and had to leave because I was never able to see him and it got tiring waiting on hold for 40 minutes to schedule an appointment. The practice became too large and it appears they have difficulty managing their patients and scheduling appointments.
