Dr. Andrew Goldstone is a board certified Otolaryngologist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders of adult and pediatric patients. He has been in private practice of medicine in Baltimore since 1991. For over 25 years the hallmark of Dr. Goldstone's practice has been delivering concentrated patient-centric care that focuses on the individual. He takes great pride in providing compassionate and comprehensive ear, nose and throat care to patients of all ages. Specialty care with attention to cutting-edge therapies and new approaches while ensuring excellence through the use of well-established treatments is the principle upon which his practice is based. He credits learning this philosophy as a child from his father, also a physician, whom he accompanied on numerous patient house calls. In an era of physicians affiliating with larger networks, Dr. Goldstone is the rare physician who aims to provide comprehensive ENT care in a smaller, more personal, practice environment. He and his dedicated staff take ownership of the patient's complete care, coordinating consultations, as needed, with primary care doctors and other specialists. His overall goal is to develop long-term provider-patient relationships, which enhance the quality, safety and satisfaction of the care provided. Dr. Goldstone graduated magna cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Dr. Goldstone obtained his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in 1985. He then received residency training (1985-1991) in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. In 1990-1991 he served as chief resident in the Department of Otolaryngology at Johns Hopkins. After becoming board certified in the care of Ear, Nose and Throat patients, he attained fellowship in The American College of Surgeons. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Goldstone has an appointment as Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He teaches residents and holds memberships in several national and local medical societies. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

I found Dr Goldstone to be a very competent, caring, upbeat, down to earth person. Never rushed through an appt, listened, thoroughly explained test results and treatment options. Referred to him by my PC dr for my thyroid. Even though he no longer performs thyroid surgery, he took a biopsy. He also noticed a growth in my mouth, an oral surgeon wouldn't accept my ins for, and removed it for me. I am grateful. Referred me to an excellent thyroid surgeon. Staff was just as nice as him.

I was referred to Dr Goldstone through a fellow coworker who had told me of the great work he has done with they're son, so I decided to pursue Dr Goldstone. I'm very thankful that I did. I've never met a Dr that has been so accommodating with answering questions and directing me with the best options for care. As with any surgery, a lot of anxiety comes into play when searching for the right doctor. Thankfully, that search ends here. Professional, Caring, Informative, Knowledgeable. Thank you

Great experience all around. Dr. Goldstone provides almost immediate responses to questions or concerns even during non business hours. We were well prepared and knew what to expect from all the information and daily check-ins through the app! Office staff are also extremely helpful and fast to respond. Dr Goldstone has a great bedside manner, especially with children!
Dr. Goldstone treated my 5 day old for upper lip tie & tongue tie. He was very kind and explained everything well, without rush. The actual procedure (using a laser) was extremely quick; I had my son back to nurse immediately. Easy recovery & no reattachment of tissue. Later, Dr. Goldstone also placed tubes in my son's ears & removed adenoids due to recurrent infections. Again, Dr. Goldstone was very attentive, warm, and invested in the care of my child. His office staff are so awesome too!!!

All of our family has sought care with Dr Goldstone, and he has always taken care of us with the utmost professionalism, grace, and gifted hands. The office staff is attentive and warm. Dr Goldstone was wonderful with our 6 year old, and as a result surgery went without a hitch- easily and without anything unexpected. We cannot say enough positive about our experiences.
Columbia, MD |
Just had Dr Goldstone treat two of my children for tubes and one also had a tonsillectomy. He was extremely caring and even returned an email I sent at 8:30 on a Friday night with a phone call within minutes! I never doubted the quality of care my boys received and am so glad we chose him!
Dr Goldstone and his staff are unbelievable! Talking with Dr Goldstone and/or his staff gives you the feeling of speaking with a friend. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Dr Goldstone does not treat his patients like numbers, he truly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to assure they are taken care of. He is phenomenal with children and is a physician you can trust. I will never go to another ENT as long as Dr Goldstone is still practicing.
Nottingham, MD |
We loved how kind and involved Dr. Goldstone is with his patients. When I called to office with a question after my sons ear drums perforated while in Disney he personally call me back that. Ightmares as well as later in the week until we could get home to see him. He was also great when walking us through surgery with our son!!!
Valrico, FL |
In a world where Drs just churn and burn through patients in an impersonal way, Dr Goldstone is the exception. It can sometimes be difficult to get in to see him, but he is so worth the wait. Not only is he technically amazing, but the amount of time he spent with me and my family was unbelievable. Dr Goldstone made us feel like he he truly cared...He stayed in touch with us during our whole ordeal and even after.
