Have been going here for over ten years. The office was always rude, snobby and often unprofessional. But we really favored the care we would receive from Dr. Gassemian. I’m not sure what has happened but he seems totally burnt out. Last couple of office visits have been very rushed and his positive bedside manner is gone. Also, Dr. Gassemian used to be dressed very sharp and clean cut. Now it’s scrubs and his hair is unruly and unkempt in a man-bun. It all feels dirty.

Dr. Andrew Ghassemian and the quality of care he provides is a testament and example of poor medicine. His lack of interest, failure to ask/answer 1 question, and failure to physically examine was evident and borderline negligent. The facts: -Physical examine was less than 30 seconds from 2’ away, he never moved, and never mentioned removing the large tegaderm bandages I later discovered still on my back. -Never asked me 1 question -Never answered 1 single question. Literally. 100% of questions asked were answered with: "mhm yea" -Despite lax/incomplete physical examine, made authoritative statements that usually require physical or labs No dialogue occured unless i initiated it = rude, mentally checked out, or unknowledgeable? It seemed to be a blend. Good medicine is a 2 way street involving both doctor-patient. I did my best to participate by coming prepared & with questions. He failed on his end in every conceivable way. Falsely reported exam details that were never performed

I enjoyed meeting Dr. Ghassemian and the associated staff were very professional and pleasant. As Dr. G instructed, lab work was required prior to starting medication. I was impressed with the quick response from the nurse who thoroughly reviewed my lab results. However, following my second required labs on Sept 17, I was not informed of the results until today, Oct 7. After no response to my two calls asking for the lab results, I decided to call today and ask to speak to the office manager. This finally got their attention and I was given the lab results but the unidentified person never apologized for the non-responses in fact, told me if this ever happened again just to keep calling back until I received a response even if it takes calling three or four times! This doesn’t seem like an acceptable professional office practice of notifying patients to me. I really want to keep seeing Dr. G but honestly and sadly, I just don’t have full confidence in the office staff at this point.
