I have had ear/hearing issues my entire life, so I have seen many ENT’s. I even worked for an ENT in Missouri. I have ETD and on going sinuses infections which effected my hearing. Dr Courson’s diagnosis and treatment plan has helped my condition exponentially! I highly recommend him!

Saw Dr Courson two times in Oct for hearing loss. Nice guy and listens well. PROBLEMS arise when you get bills after you already paid your co pay. I spoke with my insurance and with the billing department. Billing department was basically a rude lady who said my insurance needed to speak to me. first visit, paid copay and left second visit, paid copay, lady said $10 bal still due from first visit. I ask for an explaination and she and another looked and finally said they had no idea and don't worry about it. Then, last week I get a bill showing 10 past due and 10 more now due for $20 total. Talked to my insurance who verified my copay as 30. called his office and lady their said they were told the same. HOWEVER, the story now is an extra test they did requires me to pay the additional 10 each visit; or course they failed to explain that when they decided to do this test twice. The practice I would not recommend to anyone as I feel they are dishonest.

I got the appointment with him with telehealth, but he's never showing up after 35 mins. Also, the office sent different links to telehealth, really confuse for patient. Never have such experience when I got an appointment with doctor.

It was not difficult to make an appointment with Dr. Courson, and when we arrived at his office, there was only a short wait to see him. Dr. Courson was great. He greeted us warmly, was very gentle and caring with my elderly Mother, patiently answered our questions, made sure we understood his directions, and encouraged us to let him know if we had further questions or problems. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Courson.

Dr Courson is one of the most professional people I know. He is seriously passionate about what he does and the care he provides his patients. He has provided care to the majority of my family and everyone has had only the best to say about both his intelligent, insightful quality of care, as well as his determination to seek the most efficient care, both time-wise and cost-wise, for his patients. Overall, Dr Courson is a great doctor, an asset to the medical profession, and a very respectful, caring, gentleman of a human being. I definitely recommend him to anyone seeking quality medical care.

dr Courson is friendly and professional. He explains what is wrong and why he recommends a certain course of action. If he does an office procedure, he is gentle and asks you if you are feeling any discomfort along the way. His staff is equally friendly and professional. They take the time you need with no rushing. He was able to discover and treat 2 perplexing problems that I had and knows when to refer you to someone else. I would highly recommend him.

I had a lot of questions regarding my sinusitis and deviated septum and the surgery he was recommending. Dr. Courson took his time addressing all my concerns and I never felt rushed. I felt confident in his knowledge and experience. Surgery was successful and I can breathe again! Prior to finding Dr. Courson, I had seen three other ENT’s regarding this same condition but never felt comfortable enough to have the procedure done with any of them. I live in The Woodlands and am happy to drive out to Kingwood because it has been such a great experience with Dr. Courson. I’d recommend him to anyone I know.
