He has extensive experience and you can take comfort in knowing you are in good hands with him. I was referred to Dr Basnett by my GP. He has been amazing and I expect not long for Columbia. Someone with his intelligence will be at Cedars Sinai, Cleveland etc. I have a rare autoimmune disease. I’m just waiting to hear which one. I have had it 9 years but only recently relocated to Missouri. I began seeing Dr BasNett in January’21. After photographing me ( very necessary) Dr Basnett did 2 punch biopsy’s. He did his best not to make them more painful. He then followed the path of disease progression, and I am waiting to hear which rare disease I have out of a cluster of 5. I has spent years in treatment of a Tulane physician and professor and an LSU specialist and professor. 9 years of wasted time and life. I have received more treatment from Dr Basnett. I’m currently taking medication that has slowed progression of disease. There is no cure but there is management. Dr Basnett is above average in his profession and I’m ready to live again.
