Excellent orthopedic surgeon!Dr. Assenmacher did my shoulder arthoscopy surgery on July 19,2019. The surgery went well! Physical therapy for 9 weeks helped greatly to make excellent progress! My shoulder and arm movement is so much better! Thank you,Dr. A! I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Assenmacher repaired my elbow after a freak fall that crushed my joint bones. His bedside manner helped me feel very comfortable, informed and in excellent hands. The result he helped me obtain is 100% positive as I have full motion and use of my arm again, with no pain! I had 2 knee replacements, by another surgeon, that will need to be redone sometime in the future. There is no doubt I will be going straight to Dr. Assenmacher.

I went to Dr. Assemacher for my left knee and I had a meniscus tear. He did surgery on January 30th and I am happy how my knee healed up. No more pain. He will be doing my knee replacement surgery later this year. I would recommend Dr. Assemacher to any one.

I had dislocated my knee and eventually required Surgery, Dr. Assenmacher was a wonderful Surgeon, he moved and secured my kneecap to the proper place, repaired my meniscus and scraped the back of my knee. He was very attentive to my questions and concerns, he was very much involved with the care and my Physical Therapy after the surgery. I felt I could easily contact him at anytime with questions. An overall nice, pleasant and compassionate man.

A month ago I had my first appointment with Dr. Assenmacher and I was less than happy, so much so that I left a poor review, which I never do. Today I had my follow up appointment and it was a very pleasant experience. He was not only attentive and informative but at the end he apologized for my previous experience. I appreciated his humble yet professional handling of the situation. I initially went to Dr Assenmacher because a friend had referred him and after today I would as well.

I would recommend Dr. Assenmacher to anyone with an orthopedic issue. I had a mass in my hand that was causing a great deal of pain and discomfort. Dr. Assenmacher was able to take an x-ray of my hand on the spot and determine that surgery would be required. Within 2 weeks I had my surgery and the hand is doing great!
