Outstanding . She was professional , knowledgeable, personable, polite and highly empathetic with her listening skill which conveyed to me she was as concerned about my issue as much as I was . Dr Cass immediately diagnosed the origin of my pain and recommended medication for the open scab . I have an appointment follow-up in two weeks .

Dr. Cass repaired both of my ankles. Born with genetically bad ankles, there was a lot to repair. She was patent and kind through the entire 2 year journey. I owe her a huge debt of gratitude. She corrected both feet so I can have a full life moving forward.

Dr. Cass has repaired and grafted my left Achilles tendon and will be doing the right side soon. She has been great at explaining exactly what will happen and giving instructions on what to do. Dr. Cass and her assistant Tokara are available and responsive postop when I had questions,concerns or needs. I have been so relieved and happy with this experience.

Dr.Cass is very patient and explains diagnosis in a way that makes it easy to understand. The whole staff is super nice. Recommend for any podiatry issue.

I went to see Dr. Cass in November for toe pain. She said it might be a fungus and needed to send a sample off to the lab. What I was not told is that the lab was out of network and it would cost $825. Here I am months later and my insurance helped negotiate a reasonable amount with the lab. I paid Dr. Cass's copay the minute I got that bill. Not to mention that I did not even receive a phone call back from Dr. Cass as to the results of the labwork. I had to call and it was negative.

The morning of my 1st appointment, in the middle of my rush-hour commute to her office her practice called to cancel (cancelled all appointments that day). When I asked to come in another day was told she does not come into the office that day. I asked if she was unable to accommodate the inconvenienced patients she cancelled today with make-up appointments on that day. The response was a repetitive, "she never comes in on that day". Very negative & frustrating. Did not go back
