I found the staff very easy to work with and extremely helpful when I needed a letter sent to a long term care insurance provider. Dr. Lerer was very personable and informative when I brought my mother in law to him and in subsequent visits as well. I would recommend him and his staff without hesitation. I've had no trouble making appointments and have never had to wait very long (if at all) for any of them.
