I been with Dr Ana for more then 3 years I love that way she take her time to explain to me about the each matter about my health, very compassion, friendly. His professionalism and familiarity with me as a patient makes me feel unique as a patient. Rosita is effective to get emergency appointments to consult the doctor, very nice and friendly. changes with new people is sometimes difficult and frustrating the way in which they work, but as everything is a matter of commitment to their assigned task to make everything better. definitely I continue visiting Dr. Ana Sierra De Aragon

The doctor seemed to take the right initial actions for my care. However, her office staff is a completely different story. They don't schedule any referrals. You have to call and make the appt and then when you show up, none of the supporting tests which were the basis for the referral had been sent. Multiple requests to no avail. I am trying to get a referral to Banner University - no help at all. Tried to get copies of my test results - told I can get them on the portal. Oh if that were true it would be great. But after about 5 calls for assistance to get into the portal I still do not have access. I recommend seeing a doctor who has an effective and responsive office staff. After all, you see the doc once and everything else is supposed to be handled by the office staff. This is extremely frustrating especially when you don't feel well anyway.

After being seen in the office for 2 years without problems, I was told they had booked the appointment with PA Shrestha without asking my opinion, this had happened before with other PA. That is when I was charged for some services. I went to that office because I am on medicare and could not pay extra for health care. This happened the first part of 2019, Since then I have tried to get this taken care of. No one could help me so I found another Dr. I would advise if you can not pay the difference do not go to this office. I had to pay for a lab test of $176.00 because it was coded wrong. I ask them to fix this and they never did anything

Started out ok but there were several red flags throughout the 2 years I went here. Red Flag 1 - Ulterior Motives I am overweight, they suggested diet and exercise(that's good, makes sense) but they then scheduled an appointment for me to meet with the doctors son for what was a sales pitch to pay for his personal trainer services. Red Flag 2 - Holding Prescriptions Hostage. I have been on mostly the same medication for the last 2 years, but when it is close to an appointment they refuse to allow my prescriptions to refill until after the appointment (this has led to not having medication for up to a week) Red Flag 3 - Forgetting Appointments I recently had an appointment (and got 2 reminders via text and email) for the appointment only to show up and they claim I didn't have an appointment scheduled that day. Finally, last time I went their wifi was down because they had failed to pay the bill. What kind of doctors office cant pay their bills on time...

I would not recommend this Dr. for multiple reasons. 1. I saw this Dr., maybe 4 times. Each time she was rushed when she finally saw me, was very detached in her bedside manner and always had a person, that she NEVER introduced, in with her taking notes. 2. She puts the scare in you for things she has no expertise or knowledge of. When she sent me to a specialist they laughed at her concern as it was "nothing to be at all concerned about". 3. When I asked for copies of my medical records they responded with "You have over 100 pages of notes. If you bring in a flash drive, we can put them on it but you will have to come back another day to get it. Or we will charge you to print them." When I asked why 100+ pages for maybe 4 visits. It seemed excessive. no response. When asked to fax, they were never received. When I asked for them to be mailed, they wouldn't. Not to me, even though I have legal right to have them, but would send them to a Dr. only! Unheard of!

I have been seeing Dr. De Aragon for a while now. She, herself, as a doctor is very good. In the beginning I would have to wait an hour to an hour and a half after my appointment time. However, that has changed in time. She's very patient, listens, and is very thorough in her examinations and is one of the best doctors I've every had. Her staff is another story. They are rude, unresponsive, and have a "it's not my job" attitude and pass things on to others and never follow up.

Dr. Aragon has been my doctor for about a year now and I've seen her many times. She has to be one of the best doctors I have ever had and I've had many. She is very knowledgeable, caring and takes her time with you. Staff could be a bit better at following up, but that's most doctors offices in my experience. Doc is wonderful, goes above and beyond and I will be sticking with her as long as I can!

Staff was nice, Dr Sierra De Aragon took over an hour and a half to finally come in the exam room. My appointment was at 10:00am. I arrived about 5-10 min early. Dr Sierra de Aragon came in at 11:30-11:40ish with her scribe and scribe trainee. She was very brief, would not let me have more than 2 referrals (per her policy only 2 referrals per visit, which is ridiculous), and she has not gotten back to me on my lab work or referrals. So I hope I can just make it through this month.
