After waiting three hours and never seeing her, went back for another appointment. Was already on Otezla and she decided to give me a shot of Humeria without giving me a blood test. I had a Severe reaction to the shot, my skin all over looked like I had gotten stung by a thousand bees, my feet and hands started peeling in giant sheets(still going on 3 months later) I can barely walk, was in severe pain. Her office blew me off. Would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

Dr.Ballester is an awesome Dr. But, I will be looking for another Rheumatologist. I have been rescheduled not1 but 2x. I understand that things come up and don't have a problem being rescheduled, I do however have a problem being pushed to the back of the line. She is a very busy Dr.with a lot of patients and the waiting list is months out,so when they call to tell I'll have to reschedule because of them/her I have to wait an additional 3+ months to get in to see her. I need my Dr.
