Dr Wu is the best ENT! She cares about her patients and explains everything she recommends. She has your best interest in mind. Insurances can be hard to navigate. Her office tries to be clear of costs upfront. They do collect patient portions upfront, which is fair. She is worth it!

I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. I went in with a sinus infection. Dr Wu scoped & cultured my nose and told me I would be called if it came back positive. I started feeling better so I thought must just be a virus, a few days later all my symptoms were back & worse. I had to check on my labs myself and found out I needed antibiotics. When I called to ask for an rx, they wouldn't write me one without coming back in, even though I had already been in.
