I was satisfied until I got the bill! I came in knowing I had a UTI. I have had them before. It is not rocket science. I arrive and they immediately take a urine sample. That's cool- standard procedure. They sent my urine sample out for more testing after I left and I had no knowledge. The insurance company would not pay for this "extra" testing. Please pay attention to what you are ordering. I ended up being out $400 for an Ab script. Next time I will just suffer.
