Not very knowledgeable and always is rushed when I see her. I’ve been there 3 times and every time I feel like she’s in a hurry and not listening to my concerns. Office isn’t very medical and everyone, doctor included, are wearing jeans. The app is great to make appointments with, but you have to wonder why a neurologist has so many openings. I’m changing providers.

This woman literally could have killed my husband. Please stay away! My husband went to see her for nerve pain. She did the usual nerve testing, a ton of blood work (16 vials), ordered three MRIs and a lumbar puncture. We questioned the lumbar puncture. She then cancelled the MRIs and wanted just the LP without any imaging. Long story short, a competent doctor found my husband’s two tumors. One is on his lower spine in the exact location where a LP is done! He’d be dead if she’d done that LP.

Dr. Howe diagnosed my husband's condition and referred us to appropriately. She took time explaining the problem and answering all of our questions. Her medical assistant very personable and does an excellent job on following up with scheduling testing, referrals and keeping the patient informed of the progress.

Very rude office workers. They charged me double. They charge before the visit then they charge your insurance as well.

Don't bother even contacting the office, the sraff are very rude and will argue with you. Called, provided all of my information over the phone abd set an appointment. When I showed up and presented my insurance they said that I had not told them about my secondary insurance. When I tried to say tgat there must be a mistake as I always provude both I was nit even allowed to finish speaking before they said that I was wrong.

They refuse to work with in-network providers, or to provide appropriate information (specific orders for testing, i.e. MRI, EEG, etc.) to allow insureds to schedule testing with in-network providers. This office and the Dr.are both in-network on my plan. Further, they over-billed me and have yet to credit me back (over two weeks after my appointment) even though they required my payment for the visit immediately. First time in 40 years I feel that something is truly fishy.
