When you have a UTI and day after day she (or her office) keep forgetting to send in a prescription, so you’re in pain all week, and calling her office everyday, but she is too disorganized to treat you. Even when she leaves you a voicemail and on my chart says she will get your treated and sent drugs over to the pharmacy, she doesn’t.

After having not been for a physical in over 3 years, I was very anxious about my visit. Dr. Henning and her staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very timely with my appointment. Their level of care did not go unnoticed from check in to check out, I felt prioritized and felt that they had a system in place to give patients the most effective and efficient level of care. I would highly recommend her to others looking for a primary care physician!

Dr. Henning is a great PCP and I’ve been recommending her to all my friends. She is incredibly responsive and she listens to me and troubleshoots issues. I can count on a response from her or her team within one business day and sometimes much faster!

Dr Henning seems to genuinely care about your well-being and is engaged throughout the entirety of the appointment (which has not always been the case with my general care doctors in the past). The office facility is updated and clean, and it's been relatively easy to book an appointment with her as-needed. I would recommend her to friends and family.

I liked Dr. Henning, initially. However, after a severe injury landed me in the ER at NW, I was told to follow up with her while I waited to see a surgeon the following week. Unfortunately, her office would not allow me to book an urgent appointment despite just being discharged from the ER. In agony from the pain and unable to work, I emailed her assistant to explain my situation and ask for any help. The reply I got back implied that they didn't believe me and told me to go to urgent care. :(
