RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL PULMONARY DEPT FRONT DESK STAFF This was my first visit with Dr. Amy Ahasic. The front desk individuals at the Norwalk Hospital Pulmonary department are very rude and unprofessional. They should not be holding jobs where they are in contact with patients. They lack the kindness and sensitivity to address people let alone patients. After I complained to the Nurse Manager, Agali, the appropriate feedback would have been for an apology from the staff. Agali did apologize on their behalf and convinced us to stay and see the doctor. But I feel that more should be done. PLEASE NOTE: FIVE STARS: This review is not a representation of Dr. Amy Ahasic's care but rather the front desk staff. If you can get thru the rudeness at the front desk, and get to to see Dr. Ahasic, you will be very pleased with her care. Dr. Ahasic was very thorough and attentive. She is also very kind and knowledgeable in her specialty care. I would recommend her.
