Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Ferry "I work to develop a partnership with my patients, and this begins with listening. One of the most important pieces of information that I like to hear is how your symptoms affect your quality of life. We will discuss my findings & the details of your diagnosis. I believe that knowledgeable & informed patients make the best decisions about their own treatment. I will then present you with the reasonable treatment options and allow you to select which you would like to pursue. Many musculoskeletal conditions can be treated by non-surgical techniques. If non-surgical treatments fail or if your injury is best treated with surgery, we will discuss the details as well as the risks & benefits of the procedure. My approach is to handle each & every patient visit with care and proficiency. It is also highly important to me that our Doctor/Patient relationship is open & honest. It is my responsibility to make sure you are well informed about your condition and the multiple choices of treatment."

Phoenix, AZ |
I called IMS for an appointment because i have a pinched nerve. They scheduled me with Dr Ferry. At our appointment, he was less than helpful as he is a "shoulder" specialist- not a neck specialist. I explained that I was in excruciating pain, could not sleep, etc and he said "that's just how it goes". Offered me no medications or tips, and pushed me off on a pain specialist that had no immediate appointments. I went to this doctor hoping to find help and relief. Left more frustrated than I was

Dr. Ferry listens to your problem and does what it takes to give you his diagnosis along with your options. Nice and simple he doesn't recommend treatments unless he believes they will be effective in your case
in Peoria, AZ |
Dr. Amon is excellent. One of the problems since my car accident on June 1st was a left shoulder problem and the pain was getting severe and I was unable to use my left shoulder. On my first visit to Dr. Amon Ferry, after reviewing the MRI's, he determined there is damage in my left shoulder related to the car accident and he had to operate to save my left shoulder. Dr. Amon did a great job and my surgery and treatment is coming along. Thank you Dr. Amon. I recommend him for other patients.

Dr. Ferry is an excellent doctor. Performed ACL reconstructive surgery and meniscus on my right knee over four years ago and have had no problems. Listened to every concern I had and presented all options that I could take, and supported me in my decision.
