I was having lower back pain and Dr Sureka recommended an MRI. The test identified the problem as lumbar vertebra degeneration. Dr Sureka explained in detail my condition and my options. I elected a cortisone injection. It has now been over a month and I am pain free in my lower back area. I highly recommend Dr Sureka and his very competent staff.

I’ve lived in chronic pain for 27 years after being hit by a drunk driver while I was on a motorcycle. For years I though that it was how it had to be. After many years and doctors, having Dr. Sureka treating me it’s a huge relief. He has me on a treatment plan that is working great and is allowing me to return to a somewhat normal life. His staff is wonderful! The little bit of extra costs for hospital facilities is worth it. If you are in pain, there’s no where else I’d recommend you go.

Dr. Sureka is amazing. I have been in chronic pain for many years and have seen multiple doctors for my unusual and complicated conditions, including Trigeminal Neuralgia. Dr. Sureka is attentive, sincere and spends the time needed to address all of my concerns and needs at each visit. With him I have found a truly knowledgeable and service oriented doctor. I am so thankful to be under his care.

Dr.Sureka is the 3rd pain management Doctor I have seen. My first was Dr.Danyo he was excellent however he no longer practices. My second pain management Dr was Jay Bender he abruptly refused Medicare. Now fortunately I have Dr. Sureka and not only does he listen he studies all the chart past procedures etc. I feel very safe with his advice and care so happy I found this excellent Doctor..

I highly recommend Dr. Sureka. He takes the time to listen, is easy to communicate with, and explains his diagnoses and recommendations clearly. He has significantly reduced my lower back pain and eliminated the numbness and tingling in my leg. The procedures were quick and comfortable. I highly recommend him and the staff.

I had low back pain for several years--Spinal Stenosis. Dr. Sureka was the fourth dr. in a year I consulted for pain relief. Dr Sureka always asks questions and listens to what you have to say about how you're feeling and whether or not you're in pain. When the time came for an epidural steroid injection, Dr Sureka did so with the utmost care and professionalism, and kept me at ease during the procedure. I went to Dr. Sureka with a pain level of 9-10 and left (after a couple of months) with an overall pain level of Zero to 1. That's a pretty good recommendation, I would say! It doesn't hurt that he looks a lot like Lin-Manuel Miranda ! And that he takes time to listen to what you are saying!
