Dr Awad saved my life! He has remained steadfastly by my side from day one. Both he and his phenomenal staff fought so very hard for me to ensure that I received both the treatment, and the medication I so desperately needed. Without the whole "team Awad" I firmly believe that I would not have had such a good outcome. Even as I begin to navigate this next bump in the road, it is comforting to know that once again I will have my heaven sent Dr and his whole team behind me once again!

This is one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. He could not spend more than 5 minutes with me before rushing to the next patient. I complained of pain in left lower intestine and brought info from ER of possible Colotis. Sends me to get a Colonoscopy. Perform Colonoscopy and sent home with no follow up care and simply said things look normal to my husband. Had bleeding was concerned about next day and called after hours and was told there was no doctors on call even though he told my husb

This doctor will reject you if you were seen by any other GI doctor in the past. He told his staff to reject any patients that has been seen by other GI doctors in Tampa. He also believes that patients are locked in to their provider and needs to be released in order to see him. We the patients are not animals and we don't need permission of being released. I am in complete shock that there is such a doctor in the medical field with such horrible values.
