This content was provided by Dr. Kamoh "Dr. Amandip Kamoh is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon from the Pacific Northwest where she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Zoology and a minor in Women Studies from the University of Washington in 2000. She completed her DDS training at New York University College of Dentistry in 2006. Her Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training was completed in 2011 at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Kamoh was born in India and moved to Seattle, Washington, when she was 2 years old. She lived in Seattle until she moved to New York City for dental school and oral surgery training. The last 5 years, Dr. Kamoh worked in a private practice in Buffalo, NY. During her time in Buffalo, Dr. Kamoh worked closely mentoring oral surgery residents in the operating room at Erie County Medical Center. Dr. Kamoh was the chair of the Women’s Dental Committee as well as a member at large on the Executive Council for the Eighth District Dental Society. Dr. Kamoh has published four articles in the dental community, with a fifth article soon to be published. She has spent time in Ethiopia and the Dominican Republic doing dental outreaches. Dr. Kamoh resides in Cary, NC with her husband, Atul, her son, Aditya, and her daughter, Anjali. Dr. Kamoh is an avid bookworm and she loves to spend time with her family. She also enjoys biking and running 5Ks with her husband."
