The office canceled my appointment the day before with Dr. D because I saw another Dr. in the practice 1x over 9 years ago and they said I should have been scheduled with him instead. They offered me an appointment with him in over a month. My elbow is dislocating this week, so I was really relived to see her. I've heard great things about her diagnostic abilities and my other Rheum said they don't know really what is wrong but they want to give me methotrexate anyway. So angry & disappointed!

Dr. Dehlendorf was recommended to me upon an out-of-state move last year. I couldn’t be happier with her service. She listens attentively and involves the patient in the plan of care. She is positive, thorough and wholly dedicated to her work. Dr. Dehlendorf is a gem in the mine of rheumatology. I’m thankful that she is my physician.

Kept me on high dose of prednisone for a year. Asked for bone density test twice, she never ordered one, same with Reclast shots, too expensive I was told. Because of osteoporosis, I have 4 collapsed lumber vertebrae, 3 with vertebroplasty which helped little. My temporal arthritis reached my brain while she fiddled around and I have numbness in both legs and hands, & deaf in rt ear. Referred finally to WU rheumatology they stopped progress but I live now in pain and sadness. "First do no harm"

Dr Dehlendorf was the first doctor in over 20 years that helped my son. She diagnosed him, prescribed treatment and he has since felt better. Thank you so much for helping Joseph. Words can not express how very grateful we are. When I think of how his life will change because of you my heart swells. RA is a terrible disease that causes excruciating pain and sucks the life out of you. If you have arthritis or related illness, make an appointment to see her. She listens to you.

She was the 4th doctor I went to & I was in desperate need of pain relief. She thought she knew the problem on the very first visit but wanted to wait until after X-rays to confirm her theory. She was right - psoriatic arthritis! I was so relieved to know the problem but was still scared about how to relieve the pain. She started me on Humira & within 30 days, I was soooo much better! Humira is a miracle drug & I thank God that Dr. D. figured out the problem! I would HIGHLY recommend her!!

Dr. Dehlendorf herself is wonderful and very knowledgable. However if you need to get in prepare for 3-4 months out. Also the office staff in my opinion is awful. They never return calls and it took 3 months just for them to finally respond to paperwork sent by my speciality pharmacy. I was diagnosed in December and did not recieve any medication until end of March.

Dr. Is very personable and answers questions when asked. I feel like I am leading the visit: asking about specific treatments, therapy, etc. No general info about my disease offered from her, no suggestions for diet, exercise or exercise restrictions. I feel like she wants to treat with drugs and call it done. OFFICE staff is terrible, scheduling with the wrong Dr, not returning phone calls or following up calls. Still waiting. Took 2 wks to verify insurance and then only after I called.
