Care Philosophy

Common sense is my key to caring for you. Your doctor should explain your condition in a way that makes sense to you. Arthritis is simply cause by wearing away the cartilage that lines the ends of the bones. Cartilage is well designed to decrease friction between two articulating bones and to be a shock absorber. When a joint wears out the lost cartilage is replaced by artificial cartilage made of metal and plastic. See...it is not complicated!Read more

I feel Dr. Das fully and adequately understood MY orthopedic needs and took the time to obtain appropriate x-rays, scans, MRI to diagnose MY issue(s) explicitly and precisely; explaining ALL to me and fully answering my questions of diagnosis, treatment plan and what to expect.
Hendersonville, NC |
Dr. Das did a double knee replacement for me in October of 2000. Not only did I heal very well, but I haven't had one single problem with my knees since then in 16 years. He is an awesome doctor and I would strongly recommend him.
