I expect Docotrs to tell you the truth. Not lead me on or write notes down that they never mention. Example (I have many I could share): I had a reaction to a medication she had prescribed. (I didn't notice the side effects as much as family) so I told her what side effects I was showing and in her notes she wrote "patient expressed side effects listed on brochure". I never saw a brochure! Why would I make this up?! She was implying I made the side effects up to avoid taking this medication.

To her credit, I was satisfied with our only appointment with her and she seemed thorough. However, the communication (or lack thereof) with their patients, is absolutely unacceptable and reflects an unsympathetic staff and doctor. I'm assuming many of her patients are like my daughter, experiencing symptoms that are scary, worrisome, and having fear of the unknown.Don't expect phone calls to be returned, and don't expect to talk to the doctor by phone, even if you need clarity on worrisome info
