Dr Wyll is amazing. She found my problem quickly after having gone to two other doctors previously. She listened patiently and explained everything so that I could understand. I waited less than five minutes before being called back. All of the staff were very friendly and warm. Definitely recommend Dr Wyll.

Dr. Wyll absolutely made my visit the most comfortable and convenient appointment today. What I thought was me driving to downtown today for my appointment, the office called me and fit me into the Plano location. So thankful for Dr. Wyll and her staff for being conscious and understanding of my location and LAST MINUTE needs. I really recommend Dr. Wyll and the North Dallas ENT Staff. Pure Professional’s.

I'm not a fan of the "Phantom Doctor." Having a history of viral labyrinthitis and Bell's Palsy with my past ENT docs either retiring or dying, I was looking for a new, younger doctor to go to. I recently had sinus blockage with intense headaches and was looking for relief and to mention that I still had some vestibular issues from my Bell's. As a new patient, I knew that I'd have to wait a couple of weeks to get in. I arrived at the Plano office on time (55 minute drive) and was told that she couldn't see me because I needed at least 20 minutes to fill out some forms and it would cut into her schedule (I've filled out forms in doctors offices for decades with no problems - sometimes even inside exam rooms). This wasted 2+ hours of my day. So, I made another appointment to see her a week later and took the forms home to fill them out. It took me 8 minutes. When I arrived at my next appointment, she wasn't even there! You can decide if that's worth your time and effort. Not for me.

I’ve spent many years dealing with sinus infections and sinus headaches. Dr. Wyll sent me to have a CT scan after my first visit with her, and then made the recommendation that I have surgery after seeing the scans of what was going on with my sinuses & inside my nose. The surgery went very well, and she and the nurses at the surgery center were wonderful. I healed as expected, and have had immense relief from the the sinus pressure and headaches I used to get on a regular basis. I am really happy that I can breathe better and no longer have to take medicine to help with sinus headaches and pressure on a regular basis.

After more than 60 years of sinus problems and 5 operations, it was Dr. Wyll who solved the problem. The situation has escalated to chronic sinus infections which led to chest infection. Over time that became symptoms of COPD and Asthma. Dr. Wyll not only solved the infection problem, but she gave me the ability to breathe through both nostrils day and NIGHT! First time in my adult life. BTW, I experienced no pain as a result of the two surgical procedures, and only minor discomfort during routine checkups. Bedside manner: She is a Master Communicator who listens and explains with unusual skill and a great personality. Thank you, Dr. Wyll.

Dr. Wyll and her staff were very friendly and courteous. They were very thorough in making sure I knew my options for a procedure recommended by Dr. Wyll. They also, made sure what my out of pocket amount would be. And wanted me read over material for the procedure before deciding to go ahead and schedule it. This is the most amazing staff of professionals I’ve ever been in contact with. I would highly recommend Dr. Wyll and her office to anyone.
