Care Philosophy

Pediatric Orthopaedic care should be a team approach including the doctor, therapists, orthotists, nurses and other medical people working together with the child and his or her family. Some goals may be met next week or next year but often we are looking ahead to a child being the best they can be in terms of function and pain when they are an adult. Dr. Scott is proud to follow her patients through school and childhood to see what they can acheive as they become adults. The people at Shriners Hospital are uniquely suited to providing a team to support each child through their growing years.Read more
