I had a lot of trouble getting to talk to anyone on the phone; Keep having to leave voice mails with no return calls. First Appointment cancelled 20 mins before scheduled time. The second and third reschedules were also cancelled the same day of appointment. Three strikes your out! I’ve just wasted a month trying to get my son help and now I’m back to square one. I’m so disturbed and disgusted with lack of courtesy and professionalism.

Awful. No boundaries. Doesn't want parent input. She and her secretary are too busy putting on their schtick to accurately schedule an appointment, print out a bill or apply a payment. The schtick is nauseating and unprofessional. She cancels at the last minute. Pushes meds with no information or diagnosis....hello, I brought my kid for accurate investigation into what's going on, not to be handed a bunch of med sheets to read up on and pick one after you haven't even listened to us.

Throughout my journey with a bipolar disorder diagnosis I have often come into contact with doctors that rush me, silence me, and have a present apathy towards my treatment. Dr. Giordano stands in strong contrast. From the moment I walked into her office for our first appointment I immediately felt safe. She was the first psychiatric professional to not only genuinely listen to me, but to also offer proactive treatment options. There is no questioning that she truly cares for her patients.

Doctor G is an absolutely great person. She made my son and I completely comfortable with her great sense of humor and professionalism. I recommend her to my friends and family. Its hard trying to help your child and be their parent but Doctor G made my son feel comfortable and we are already seeing positive outcomes.

Dr. Giordano is the worst medical professional I have ever dealt with. she asked for cash and overcharged me for a service that she didn't provide. she asked leading questions and showed little empathy and concern. sent me out of her office with no treatment plan. said treatment will be discussed next visit, i guess so can charge me $ 400 again. very unprofessional and extremely greedy. my experience with her was a total disappointment. i will never go back to her or recommend her to my friends.
