Dr. Arthur, my friend and doctor Anthony Rossi at MSK highly recommended you. I told my nephew, Drew Ireland to contact you about his Growers Disease, and apparently he did today and your office was very kind to him and set up an appointment. I appreciate this Dr. Anthony Rossi who has worked on me many times here in NY speaks very highly of you. If there is any problem with costs for Drew Ireland, please let me know. I will take care of it. Charles Elmes Thank you

Beware this doctor. She will turn you into a yoyo. She did not cure me. Each trip, requires a month wait. She took a culture then told me to take a certain antibiotic. I had already tried the antibiotic she recommended. Actually, you don't get to talk to the doctor but rather her staff that seems to make it up as they go along. "Doctor wants you to try it again." "Really? Did you tell her I just came off that medicine?" So, I tried another round of the same antibiotic. I asked for the lab report, they refused to give it to me. My next appointment, I asked for the report. I asked Dr Arthur why she did not prescribe the antibiotic the lab report recommended. Soon, it was clear, this doctor could not read the report properly. Then she said, I could "try" some other medicine. "Look, can you cure what I have or not?" To that she wanted me to make yet another appointment for a biopsy. I told her another doctor already did that, get their report. I did not hear from them for two months.

She is the fourth dermatologist that we saw to treat my wife’s condition. She is the only one who found a second problem, and the only doctor to come up with a unique solution that works. We are truly grateful for having found such a competent and caring doctor.

I have seen Dr. Arthur a number of times previously. I think she is a very good dermatologist and extremely thorough. But today I called and they said I would see a physicians assistant, so I decided against going to her office anymore. I went even though she is not on my insurance (as a cash patient) but it is unnecessary now that she'd not be personally seeing me. There are a couple of things I didn't like about the office but I really liked the doctor and I felt very comfortable with her.

I saw Dr. Arthur for an annual skin cancer review. I've been going to Sand Lake Dermatology for a few years but this is the first time I met Dr. Arthur. I researched her and read the reviews--they are all accurate! She is very thorough and has the BEST bedside manner. I was very impressed with her. Her assistant, Whitney is wonderful, as well.

From the moment I signed in, I felt welcomed just like family. The entire office from waiting area to patient rooms is very pleasing to the eye. Dr. Arthur was very pleasant and took time to explain things, plus give options for sun protection. Upon my departure I was again thanked for being a patient.

She is terrific. I was probably one of her first patients when I lived in Orlando and moved back to Bonita Springs (Naples area) and continue to return to Orlando to have my exams with her. She is thorough, medically really qualified, patient friendly and just a nice person. I wish she would move to SW Florida so I wouldn't have to drive up, but I will continue in order to have her as my dermatologist. Her PAs and the entire staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. It is a great pract

I needed to see Dr. Arthur because of a facial injury and she is the best! Not only is she an expert in her area, she is also a warm and caring physician. She is unhurried and takes time to explain the problem and course of treatment. Most doctors rush in and rush out but not Dr. Arthur. I felt cared for and relieved to have seen her and feel confident about my recovery. We need more doctors to be like her.

I chose this practice a ans Dr Arthur because I needed a new provider. My previois dermatologist always seemed like he was in a rush and only somewhat listened to me. I chose Dr Arthur based on her reviewable here. She was excellent. She listened, cared, and took time to explain to me everything I needed to know. The staff in the office and the nurses were outstanding as well. I am very pleased.
